For at that time day by day they came to David to help him, until it was a great host, like the host of God.
For from day to day men came to David to help him, until there was a great host, like the host of God.

Moreover day by day there came some to David to help him till they became a great number, like the army of God.
More and more men came every day to help David. So he had a large and powerful army.
Every day more men came to help David. So his army became very large and powerful, like God's own army.
Every day men kept coming to David to help him, until the army became great, like an army of God.
For from day to day men came to David to help him, until there was a great army, like an army of God.
For from day to day men came to David to help him, until there was a great army, like an army of God.
Every day more men ·joined [came to help] David, and his army became ·large [great], like the army of God.
For at that time day by day, there came to David to help him, until it was a great host, like the host of God.
From day to day, men came to help David until he had an army as large as God’s army.
Almost every day new men joined David's forces, so that his army was soon enormous.
At that time, men came day after day to help David until there was a great army, like an army of God.
Every day more men joined David. So his army became large. It was like the army of God.
Indeed people kept coming to David every day to help him, until his army became a great, vast army.
For at that time help came every day to David until it was a great camp, like the camp of God.
For at that time day by day there came to David to help him, until it was a great host, like the host of God.

For day by day men came to David to help him, until there was a great camp like the camp of God.
Day in and day out they came to David to help him until there was a great army, like the army of God.
More men joined David almost every day until he had a tremendous army—the army of God.
The men from Manasseh who defected to David at Ziklag were Adnah, Jozabad, Jediael, Michael, Jozabad, Elihu, and Zillethai, all leaders among the families of Manasseh. They helped David in his raids against the desert bandits; they were all stalwart fighters and good leaders among his raiders. Hardly a day went by without men showing up to help—it wasn’t long before his band seemed as large as God’s own army! * * *
For at that time, day by day, they came to help David until they became a great camp like the camp of God.
From day to day, men came to help David until he had an army as large as Elohim’s army.
They helped David by taking charge of his troops, for they were all warriors and became commanders of his army.
For day by day men came to David to help him, until there was a great army like the army of God.
For day by day men came to David to help him, until there was a great army like the army of God.
From that time on, more men would arrive daily to help David until he had a large army, like an army of God.
Every day more men joined David, and his army became large, like the army of God.

They helped David against the raiding bands, for all of them were valiant warriors and they were officers in the army.
As David requested the aid of his Philistine allies in a battle against Saul, some Manassehites defected from Saul’s army to David’s army. The Manassehites included Adnah, Jozabad, Jediael, Michael, Jozabad, Elihu, and Zillethai—all captains of thousands in their tribe. They could help David against attackers because they were all warriors and captains in the army. Every day the numbers of David’s army increased, until it was as great as the army of God—large in number and justified by God’s will. But the Philistines at Ziklag refused to help David. Philistines at Ziklag (fearfully): David may join Saul’s army and kill us.
For from day to day men came to David to help him, until there was a great army, like God’s army.
But also by each day men came to David, for to help him, till that the number was made (as) great as the host of God.
for at that time, day by day, they come in unto David to help him, till it is a great camp, like a camp of God.
